From the MSA academy to the first team

 We celebrate an incredible achievement for one of our players, who has been signed by the first team for the 2025/2026 season after demonstrating quality, effort, sacrifice and constant dedication. This is a clear reflection of all the hard work that goes into every day, both in training and in every match, always with the goal of improving and reaching higher.

Since joining our academy, this player has demonstrated an exemplary mentality, overcoming every challenge and taking every opportunity to grow. His story is a true example of what it means to persevere, of how effort and discipline open doors in soccer and in life.

At MSA we always give our players opportunities to show their talent and potential. We firmly believe that each of them has the ability to achieve their dreams, and today we proudly celebrate this player taking that big step into the first team.

This is just the beginning of a career full of achievements!

n the middle of the 2021/2022 season, JP arrived at our International Academy, like many other young players, in pursuit of a dream: to become a professional footballer.

During that half-season, thanks to his performances and dedication, he stood out and caught the attention of various clubs in our country, which led him to sign with Rayo Vallecano’s Academy, where he played throughout the 2022/2023 season.

After his time with the Madrid-based team, in the 2023/2024 season, JP decided to return to our motrilsportacademy , where he continued developing as a player and became our team’s starting goalkeeper. In addition, he balanced his daily training with the first team, serving as the third goalkeeper under the guidance of Edu Oriol.

Now, we want to congratulate him on securing his professional contract to play for Birmingham Legion FC, a team competing in the USL Championship, the 2nd Division of the United States.

It brings us immense joy and pride to see how the young players who come to our Academy grow and achieve their dreams. This time it was JP, but we are confident that with the work being done, we will be able to share many more success stories in the future.

 RAUL AGUIRRE "RALI"

Rali, player of our first team, visited our motrilsportacademy to relive moments and experiences lived in previous seasons. An Academy of which he was part and that forged him as a player and person.

 Rali played in our Academy team, through hard work and effort he began to combine training with our first team, until he managed to make a place in the team.

 In his recent visit he had the opportunity to tour our remodeled facilities, visiting the gym, swimming pool, dining room, leisure and relaxation areas, study area, rooms... seeing the growth that our International Football Academy is experiencing.

 In addition, he gave a talk to our boys, sharing his experience, also attending to the questions he was asked.
